*)  Unlike some other Causal CDROMs, the Acrobat files on this
    CDROM have file names which are based on the paper number
    of the manuscript (and NOT its page number).  Refer 
    to \welcome.txt for information about the file naming 
    convention.

*)  The manuscripts of several papers were unavailable for
    various reasons.  These papers are marked in the table
    of contents with "No Manuscript available for this paper".
    Causal regrets this situation but it was unavoidable.
